Acts 2:21 "And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. '"

Everyone who appeals to God for salvation will be saved. Everyone. It doesn't matter who we are or what we have done. If we go to God with a earnest desire, believing in His name and trust Him, He will deliver us. This is a reminder that God wants to save and that He has a plan to save. He doesn't want us to perish without knowing Him. It's also a reminder that we shouldn't give up praying for loved ones or neighbors or coworkers or those of us who seem to be beyond hope.
